What is the MISpay Settlement Dashboard and how do I use it?
MISpay’s settlement dashboard gives you full visibility over your financial activity — all in one place. It’s designed to help you track your payments, review reports, and understand your settlement cycles with ease.
How to access it:
Log in to your MISpay Partner Portal.
From the side menu, click on “Settlement.”
Select “Settlement Dashboard” to view your financial summary.
Here’s what you’ll find inside: Upcoming Payment – The next amount scheduled to be transferred to your bank account
Expected By – The estimated deposit date
Sales from the last 7 days – Total purchases during the last settlement cycle
Not Paid Yet – Amounts that haven’t been paid out yet
Current Balance – Upcoming payment + not paid yet
Last Settled Amount – The most recent transfer we’ve sent
You’ll also see a breakdown of your Settlement Details, including:
Statement Date – Reference Number – Total Sales – Refunds – Fees – VAT – Net Payable – Status (e.g., Pending, Settled) – Action – Download your full report (PDF or CSV)
You can also filter the settlements by date or status, or just click “Download All” to grab everything in one go.
Why isn’t MISpay showing as a payment option at checkout?
There could be several reasons:
The integration with MISpay may not be completed or activated properly
Your store might be missing required configurations
You’ve exceeded your assigned store limit
Please contact your MISpay account manager or our support team to check your setup and fix the issue.
