How can I log in?
To log in to your MIS Pay account:
1. Open MIS Pay app or go to the website login page.
2. Enter your mobile number linked to your MIS Pay purchases.
3. Press “Confirm” and “Continue.”
4. You will receive a 6-digit verification OTP via text.
5. Enter the OTP to log in.
I didn’t receive the verification code.
If you’re unable to sign in to your account for any reason, please call our Customer Service at 8001111501.
If you didn’t receive the code, try the following:
1. Ensure the correct number was entered.
2. Toggle flight mode on and off and try again.
How can I change my mobile number?
To change your number, make sure the new one is registered with Absher under your name. After that, contact us with the following:
1. Your full name
2. ID number
3. Old and new phone numbers

How can I close my account?
Before closing your account, make sure you don’t have any outstanding payments.
Go to the app → Personal Information → Delete Account.
